The test rig's ball and disc are designed as an upper ball and lower disc assembly; we recommend using one complete set per test to avoid inaccurate results caused by incomplete removal of lubricity additives.

II. Scope of Application: CMS-01 testing machine and other similar types of testing machines
3. Product Specifications, Storage, and Usage:
This product is vacuum-packed in boxes of 100 sets. After opening or handling, the test balls and discs should be stored in a glass desiccator containing color-changing silica gel, and the silica gel should be checked regularly for effectiveness. The temperature should be maintained between 15°C and 40°C.
2. Test balls and sheets must not be stored exposed in the air, especially after processing; they must be kept in a dry environment.
3. During the drying process before storage and use, the ball disc should be protected from contact with hard objects to prevent friction that could damage its surface finish and affect the accuracy of test data observation.
