Complies with the latest requirements of GB/T 37322-2026 standard

1. Gasoline engine intake valve deposit simulation test machine parameters: Test duration of 85 minutes; test temperature of 175°C; temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, with an automatic control system display precision of 0.1°C. 

 

2. Air supply: air pressure of (80 ± 1) kPa, air flow rate of (700 ± 20) L/h; 

 

3. The flow rate of the gear pump allows 300 mL of test base oil to be dispensed within 73 to 75 minutes; 

 

4. The gear pump output flow does not exceed 6 mL/min, with a flow control accuracy of ±0.02 mL/min; 

 

5. The instrument is equipped with an exhaust gas absorption system. The exhaust gas generated during testing passes through a condensation unit and is filtered by an activated carbon filter to meet emission standards (VOCs content not exceeding 200 mg/L) before being released. The sample recovery cup recovers no less than 70 mL of waste oil per test. 

 

6. Equipped with a 16-megapixel camera system; 

 

7. Exhaust gas recovery: more than 70 ml per time.  

 

8. Fuel supply timing: 75 min; heating maintenance: 10 min.
