ASTM Proficiency Testing Programs (PTP) are statistical quality assurance programs that enable laboratories to evaluate and improve performance, and maintain and fulfill mandatory accreditation requirements.
In order to improve the accuracy of test data from high frequency reciprocating Tester (HFRR) for diesel lubricity evaluation, our company joined ASTM Standards Committee in 2018 and began to participate in ASTM Proficiency Testing Programs (PTP) organized by ASTM committee in 2019.
Nearly 200 laboratories from different companies around the world participate in Hfrr data comparison trials during each comparison cycle. As of December 31,2020, our company has participated in 6 PTP comparison tests. All the comparison data show that our HFRR tester test data are in full compliance with ASTM D6079-2018, ASTM D7688-2018 standards.

HFRR testing machine, high, low reference oil, ball, film are developed by our company, production and own intellectual property products. The comparison data show that the high frequency reciprocating testing machine and the reference oil with high and low lubricity for evaluating the lubricity of diesel oil produced by our company are in full compliance with international standards.
Our company ploughs the diesel oil lubricity domain many years, especially controls the temperature and humidity to the test result influence to have the unique achievement.
And in the world to take the lead in the use of independent intellectual property rights of the constant temperature and humidity system control device, so that the accuracy of test data higher than similar products. Also with the latest ISO 12156.1 standard in the temperature and humidity requirements of the increasingly stringent experimental conditions.
The performance and data accuracy of our diesel high-frequency reciprocating testing machine is much higher than that of imported and other similar equipment, reaching the leading level.
