Regarding our company's testing machine's participation in the ASTM Standards Committee Explanation of the D6079 Capability Comparison Test for Organizations
Beijing Gaoke joined the ASTM Standards Committee as a member in 2018 and began participating in the ASTM Proficiency Testing Programs(PTP) organized by the ASTM Committee in 2019. [Note: The ASTM Capability Verification Test Plan (PTP) is a statistical quality assurance plan that enables laboratories to evaluate and improve performance, and maintain and meet mandatory certification requirements.] During each comparison cycle, nearly 200 different company laboratories participated in HFRR data comparison experiments. So far, our company has participated in 13 PTP comparison experiments. All comparison data shows that the HFRR testing machine manufactured by our company meets the requirements of ASTM
D6079-2023 standard.

The HFRR testing machine, high and low reference oils, balls, and plates involved in the experiment are all products independently developed, produced, and have independent intellectual property rights by our company. The comparison data shows that our company's high-frequency reciprocating testing machine and high and low lubricity reference oils for diesel lubrication evaluation meet the requirements of international standards for test piece balls and pieces.Our company has been deeply involved in the field of diesel lubricity for many years, and has made unique achievements in controlling the influ-
ence of temperature and humidity on test results. The use of a temperature and humidity control device with independent intellectual property rights has improved the accuracy of experimental data to a certain extent. This is also consistent with the increasingly stringent experimental conditions in temperature and humidity requirements of ISO 12156.1 standard.
